CEO
Kevin Hagen has been a force in the real estate management field through a decade-long professional career that currently includes serving as Vice President of Senior Housing for The K&D Group, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer and Principal for TBC Capital and TBC Management. Kevin, along with his brother Steve, founded TBC Capital and TBC Management in 2023 to serve as the holding company (TBC Capital) and management company (TBC Management) for a diverse portfolio of apartment buildings. Not only do Kevin and Steve personally invest in each property that they own, they directly manage each apartment community with the ultimate goal of providing living spaces that each resident is proud to call home.
Kevin graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2017 with degrees in Finance and Business Management. Kevin has also obtained the accreditation of Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) through the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM).
In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, working out, attending rock concerts, among many other things.

Steve Hagen has spent the past six-plus years establishing himself in the commercial real estate field, currently serving as a key member of Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group. Steve is co-founder of TBC Management and TBC Capital, along with his brother Kevin. Prior to his career in real estate, Steve spent six years playing independent professional baseball as a pitcher for four teams across the Midwest, including the local Lake Erie Crushers.
Steve graduated from The College of Wooster in 2014 with degrees in Mathematics and Business Economics.
Steve grew up in Cleveland and has a deep love for the city, including its sports teams—the Browns, Guardians, and Cavs. In his free time, Steve enjoys catching a game, trivia night, and trips with family and friends.
